allow PvE skills in FA/JQ/RA/AB
(And also allow PvP characters full access to max PvE skills with unlock).
Seriously, think about how much lols... I mean life... it would bring to low end PvP. |

I'd love to be a fly on the wall for the inevitable Ursan/YMLAD/pain inverter bars this would allow. Just for the laughs, I'd want to see it happen, but /notsigned because then people have their foot in the door to start cluttering up Sardelac asking for use of consumables, summon stones, etc.

lol, or better yet, ebon vanguard sin support on the monks. Or YMLAD at people who run away. The fun would be endless. Btw, if PVP chars were alowed access to PVE skills, how would they rise in the ranks  ?
